Amazing experience!

Overall experience was amazing, we really enjoyed the tour with Marco our tour guide. He was very humorous and made us all laugh. My wife and I really loved how gigantic Chichen Itza was in person, our favorite part of the tour was the Hubuki cenote experience. The cenote was very beautiful.
Great Adventure!

Highly recommend this adventure.
Good: tour guide (Marco) is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and communicated very well the agenda. The driver (Carlos) was safe.

The cenote is unbelievable and a must see. Chichén Itzá is beyond a wonder.

Bad: be prepared for long drive and semi uncomfortable. Bring a neck pillow for naps!
So much fun!!

This was a great tour! Our tour guide Samuel was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. He spoke in Spanish and English when explaining anything. Our group was a little quite at first because it was so early but he got us pumped up. This tour is an ALL day event so just be prepared. We bright extra clothes, towel,BRING A PONCHO JUST IN CASE, extra water shoes, sunscreen, bug spray- please only bring all natural bug spray bc you’re not allowed to use any other kind. They do sell some but it’s a limited supply. No I will be honest we didn’t use any bug spray but it’s better to have it just Incase. The trip started out nice they picked us up from the hotel on small but but then drive us to another spot to board a big charter bus since it’s 2 hours from the Cancun hotel strip. Out first stop was the hubiku which has the cenote and the lunch. The food was very good and they even had dancers. Now everywhere you go in this stop they ask for tips so bring plenty of cash. Out tourism is what pays for them to live. The next stop was the Chichen itza, when you get there, there will be a million people trying to sell you hats so be ready. We went right in to the park and they split our group into 2; English and Spanish. After walking around for a little it started to pour so we were glad we brought our ponchos. Then the rain went away and we were able to enjoy the rest of the tour. Sam was very knowledgeable and really explained the history there. After this stop they take you to a city on the way back to Cancun and you’re allowed to walk around and enjoy authentic food, I got the Mexican street corn
Wonderful

Great tour!! Bad pick up/drop off

The tour itself was amazing!! Karla was a fantastic tour guide!! Our only complaint was on our hotel pickup and drop off. It seemed very unorganized. Our morning hotel pickup was about 25 minutes late but that wasn’t too bad. Our drop off in the evening was very slow. They were about 30 minutes late for the meeting point and then once we were in the shuttle it took at least 2 more hours to get to our hotel. After a 12 plus hour excursion we were exhausted. To have to spend 2 and a half more hours on a bus was not pleasant. If they could get the pick ups and drop offs more efficient and organized it would be 5 stars for me!
