Overall Feedback

The description needs updating as it’s really specific saying that certain beverages are included; however, no beverages are included. Also times need to be given in that people know the time range. We got final drop off at our hotel after 9 pm for example. I could have been a better guide with a couple hours prep from wikis (why not tell why so many steps are missing from the pyramid? Why did one have to ask when chicken itza was rediscovered? Just not a good teacher, Francisco, our guide with a good loud voice; however, when asked he did have the knowledge. Why not preview procedures for the cenote, like where showers are, lockers, etc., or that the bus at the colonial town might move from the drop off to the pick up?) Even so, this tour packed in a lot for the money.
Ok trip

Was late because they went to the wrong hotel
Bus driver had a car accident 30 min into the trip which delayed us for one hour.
Came back 2 hours later than expected.
A LONG HOT DAY

It was a 13 hour trip. It was very hot. The food wasn’t good. You don’t get drink with your food it’s paid for separately. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable about the history. It was just so long and so so so HOT.
