Tulum/cenotes

Such a fun way to spend the day! The tour with Eric was fantastic. Our pick up from hotel was right on time, and we had time to explore the ruins and then off to the cenotes for a exciting swim. The taco lunch was yummy. Thank you Francisco, who recommended this tour for our older group at the resort. It was perfect.
A must do!

This was a great day tour. Our tour guide spoke perfect English. Tulum was a self-guided tour which was nice, and the cenotes were amazing! One is a cave, and the others are open and lazy river-like cenotes. This was super laid back and beautiful. Well worth the trip!
Over and above in every aspect!

We are a family of 8 who booked this excursion. Unfortunately as we arrived at Tuluum our 11 month old son had a nasty accident that required urgent medical treatment - the team were wonderful! One of the guides returned with us to the hotel and helped with the translation etc. the boss was there waiting and they even offered to come to the hospital where my son was sent for stitches. They have messaged every day since to check on him and have gone above and beyond.
Meanwhile my older children stayed behind with my two year old and continued the trip and once again the tour guides were amazing, helping them and going the extra mile. The children loved the tour too!
Great Experience

Cenotes (Tortuga) and Tulum Ruins

The ruins were awesome. Lots of history and culture behind them. There is a big market outside of it with lots of shops and restaurants. The Cenotes are beautiful and definitely worth going to. It’s open to the public so you don’t have to go with a tour. Bring a waterproof case for your phone. You’ll want pictures but you won’t be able to carry it. The cenotes are very deep and you can’t touch in most spots. Take a life jacket no matter how strong of a swimmer you are.
