Absolutely worth it!!!
This tour was supppper awesome! I’ll admit, I accidentally booked this not realizing it was a Mormon tour, but I love learning so it worked out:) Our guide was knowledgeable, the ruins were spectacular to see, and the biking through the jungle is delightful in helping cool you down lol. The cenote and lunch were a great ending and I’d definitely book with LDS Tours when we’re back. Also, they come to your hotel for pickup, there’s AC in the van, and if you need to contact their support staff, they’re fast and helpful.

Our tour guide was German and he was amazing at the tour! His English was amazing and he was able to dive down to details about the pyramids as well as LDS correlations. The tour included a pedi cab and they took us all around the park. To finish off we did the Cenote and it was such an amazing place because you literally walk through a hole and the cave is so big and water was amazing and so refreshing. Book with them you can't go wrong they will make your time in the riviera Maya an amazing experience.
Two trips to Cancun, two tours with Alma and more to come!
We’ve done two tours with Alma Tours and we love them both… German our most recent guide is my guy (never knew him before and we quickly connected as brothers)! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. We are hoping to bring our entire family back in the future and do a multi-day tour with Alma to some of the other southern Mexico sights like Palenque. Two thumbs way, way up!!!!
Best experience ever!!!
This was the best experience as a member of the LDS Church. Being picked up at the our hotel in an air conditioned van was the best. Our guide Mario was so knowledgeable and our whole family learned so much. We appreciated his time.
Great and Insightful Tour
This was our 2nd tour with Almas and it did not disappoint. It is easy to book online or by calling a USA number. There were 13 of us and we were picked up on time from our resort in a very comfortable van. We have been to Coba with another company but really enjoyed the insights of our great tour guide, Marnie. He spoke very good English, and was very knowledgeable, even answering any question we came up with. After eating a delicious meal at the restaurant there, we went to a refreshing cenote to swim.. We concluded our trip with a visit to a traditional Mayan home where we were treated with delicious homemade tortillas with delicious eggs and a pumpkin seed salsa. All being made right there over a fire.
It was a great day and we will be using them again.
