We had a great time here. We booked via our hotel who matched the online price from the main Xel-ha website. It was made pretty clear from their site and also the rep as to what is included and not so I'd suggest reading up before you book (as you'd expect).
Pick up was around 7.45am from cancun Hotel zone and we arrived there about 9.15. Grabbed a snorkel (note...these are the full face masks) not goggles and mouth tube. Flippers, towels and lockets are all included as well.
We walked up to the start of the river...stopping on way at the zip line and courage jumps. We started snorkeling from the top of the river...plenty of fish to be seen.
We grabbed chair floaters half way down and just let the current take us....very relaxing.
We then had lunch at the buffet which was lovely..Good choice and tasty with unlimited soft and alcoholic drinks.
Afterwards we headed to the lighthouse slide...great view from the top but you can't take up cameras/ beach shoes, anything.
We went over the wobbly bridge and swam back to shore where we saw the manta rays swimming back to where they are fed...pretty amazing seeing one of those sweep past you!!
Wandering back up the river we took in the zip lines again and the obstacle courses / tightropes
Overall great day loved it. Alot of activities are extra BUT we knew that before we went and it is also made very clear on site. We didn't book any as we filled our time with the other stuff there which took us right up to the bus pickup at 6pm.
Would recommend!
Great place to visit, highly recommend

This is a great place to visit with so much to do. It is not cheap but is worth it for an amazing day out. The water is so clear and lovely to swim in. The tube ride down the river is great and the cliff jump on the way. The dolphin experience was great, probably better than in Florida previously.
OK but very little is included all the good things are pay extra
Craigkbrown, 26-08-2022
The park is ok and food is very good the only trouble is all the best activities you have to pay extra which is a necessity as you will easily do all the free stuff In half a day. The other problem was we had such high expectations after going to Xsavage a few days earlier which was a superior experience in every way.

We did succumb and pay for dolphin experience which when photos on top was eye wateringly expensive but worth every penny and made our day. An experience to last a lifetime.

Overall ok but I’m sure other Xcaret parks are likely a better bet, Xsavage definitely was
