Such a beautiful tour! It was so hot out but the scenery was worth it. At the ruins there were a couple of areas with shade so we would stop at a those spots, talk and learn about the history of the ruins, and then go off on our own to take pictures and explore, and then meet again at a shade spot. I learned a lot about the ruins and ending with the cenote swim to cool off was perfect. I definitely recommend renting life jackets if you're not confident in swimming, the water was deeper than I expected. The tour wasn't too long or too short, but just right

Our tour guide Layla was wonderful and very accommodating to our needs. She planned the tour very well, always included rest spots at the right moments and helped us take photos for memories. She always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. I definitely recommend this tour if you're visiting!!

The tour was okay... The guide was very informative but be prepared to spend the whole day there. We got picked up around 6AMish and came back to the hotel around 8pm because Tulum is about 2 hours away plus we had to drop off other people from the other hotels. Also, if you’re able to pack up your lunch, I would suggest you do. The restaurant the guide took us to was horrible. And that’s embarrassing to say since we’re in Mexico. Additionally, when when we went to the ‘cenote’ it just looked like a lake… I later found out from a local, that there were about 4 other centoes, but this guide only took us to the cenote that looked like a lake.
Beautiful ruins, however not the most energetic guide

The tour was exactly as advertised. It is a tour of Tulum ruins and a cenote. However, the guide seemed to make it appear like he was in a rush. I would have appreciated a bit more time to eat our lunch because we had to shove it down quickly and some people ate in the van. Speaking of the van, it was hot in there and the air conditioner couldn’t cope with the number of people in the van. It was one step up from a collectivo. Maybe the people in the front got a bit of the aircon but all of us in the back were sweating. The guide wasn’t the best at explaining the agenda of the day.
